** Major Endorsement News **
Senate President Pro Tem Emeritus Kevin de León endorses me for State Assembly at our HQ in Escondido today!
Michelle Gomez will be a strong partner when I represent the 75th Assembly District in Sacramento.
United Domestic Workers of America (UDW/AFSCME Local 3930), one of the largest local unions in the state, effectively represents Home Care providers and workers. UDW is a union for homecare workers, by homecare workers. Looking after our loved ones in our families, or caring for community members who need assistance is what these members do.
I am proud to receive UDW’s endorsement and together we will continue to fight for better working conditions which started with the creation of California’s In-Home Supportive Services program (IHSS) in 1973.
Forty days until the Primary Election of June 5, 2018. Proudly, I move our campaign forward with the endorsement of the International Longshore and Warehouse Union whose members fight for democratic values each and every day. With the help of these amazing workers, we can fight in Sacramento for all Californians on healthcare for all, on strong public schools, on renewable energy programs, and on affordable housing solutions.

Tonight, the Rancho Bernardo Democratic Club endorsed our campaign for State Assembly. Although to the south of the 75th Assembly District, these hard hitting Democrats understand that district boundaries do not define issues. By fighting for all Californians for healthcare for all, for the best public schools in the state, by building a statewide renewable energy grid, and by protecting our electoral process, we all fight together.
Thank you Rancho Bernardo Democrats!
Tax season may be over but election season is in full gear. The critical June 5 Primary is just weeks away. Now we are just hours away from the end of another fundraising reporting period and I need your help again.

In this time of national chaos, we in California remain steadfast for principles of equality, social justice, racial justice, environmental justice and stand together against those who deny equality and justice.
Thank you San Diego Democrats for Equality for your confidence in our campaign for State Assembly.

Traffic mitigation for our region can happen. I will fight for rail service from Temecula to Mission Valley.
